Wacky Wednesday: Feo's People

I know you have been wondering what Feo was. What are his abilities? Why are his people so strong? Why is his father, the king, so bent on taking over all parallel universes? Well, I am about to answer those questions to the best of my ability.

First off, Feo and his people call themselves the Valilma. They were created to protect the worlds. That is how they are able to go between planes and into new worlds and universes. They were peaceful until Feo's father came to term. Feo has asked several people what happened, but no one really knows. Feo's grandfather was a great man and helped many worlds get back on their feet. I was told that his grandfather was the reason we earthlings (lol) were able to come out of the Great Depression in the 30's.

An ability that the Valilma have is shape shifting. This is what brought all this on today. I passed a guy that looked just like David Bowie at work today. Evidently they know more about me than I thought. They know my obsession with the movie Labyrinth. David Bowie played the Goblin King. After speaking to Feo I now know that this was the Kings way of letting me know that they know me. It was my sign or clue that they are closing in. I am not liking this at all.

That is about all I know of their abilities though. Just that they can travel between worlds and shape shift to blind in where ever they go. They don't look like humans either, but I have never seen one in it's true form. Feo refuses to show me, Ludo thinks it's for the best.

So, all we can figure is that Feo's father has lost his mind. We don't really know his motive for destroying the things that he is supposed to be protecting.

Good news, Ludo knows where the portals are and Feo tracked down a few Valilam that are working against the King. Feo and the other Valilam have gone through different portals to find all the other creatures that want to help us take down the King. Our plan is to attack Friday, when the King usually has a huge feast to celebrate his accomplishments. Ludo stays with me wherever I go. Ludo learned a new trick so that he could stick with me. Feo taught him how to tap into the abilities of the White Beast, he can shrink! Only a few White Beast are ever able to achieve this. Feo is a good teacher and I think he will be a great King.

I will let you know how it goes...you know, saving the world and all.

Much Love

My Little Pony?

There is this new thing going around the internet. It seems everyone is watching My Little Pony again. I don't mean just the kids either. These are adults watching it and loving it as much, if not more, than the kids. It has become a bit of an epidemic. But an awesome one!

A friend was telling me about it. Being the curious dork that I am, I started watching My Little Pony. Now, when I was younger I loved the show and the little dolls. Actually, I never really stopped liking it. I love all the colors and who doesn't love ponies? I have now become addicted to My Little Pony.

It has actually taken over my life if I want to be honest. The other day I was in a meeting at work when one of the guys said something about "the running of the guns." Know what my first thought was? "The running of the leaves." Which just so happens to be a MLP episode. If you don't know it, this episode the ponies race through the forest and make the leaves fall off the trees. Yeah, sad that I thought about this while at work.

That's not the end of it either. The other night I was dreaming about a book that I am reading. It starts off kind of dark a dreary and the main character had been burned. She was in a tattoo parlor and walked out to the street. Everything was run down and it didn't look good. Then, all of a sudden, EVERYTHING IS PONIES! It's bright and colorful and the burned character is a pretty, colorful, perfectly fine pony. Can you say mind blown!

Now, when I first started hearing about the new MLP fad I just shrugged it off. When my friend started talking about it I made fun of the ponies names. I mean come on...Pinkie Pie...sounds like a strippers name. So I made fun of how the ponies were secretly strippers. Now, I just can't think of them that way. I am addicted to the ponies. It's like a new sort of drug. I even have my T.V. set to record all the episodes.

To top it all off, I am going to Goodwill this weekend to see if I can find some old discarded pony toys that I can repaint. Yeah, I think it's getting to a point of no return.

To all you pony lovers, I have joined your club and you can't kick me out!

The End of the World

I have been spending a lot of time online, reading the news and comments that follow the articles. The cruelty that lives in this world today breaks my heart. I have read articles about parents abusing or killing their kids, celebrities being called fat, kids killing kids, kids having kids, and so many other horrible things. I have even read articles about how religion is pointless or how everyone is going to Hell if you don't believe (from one extreme to the next).

The comments are just as bad. It seems that everything ends in a religious debate. I don't understand why we can't just leave each other alone. I believe in God and things that come along with that. I don't believe people are going to hell because they don't believe, I just don't think they will go where believers will go. Check out the movie "What Dreams May Come" and you will see where I am going with that thought. I don't think gay people are going to Hell because I believe love is love and it is something that we are lacking terribly in this world.

If you don't believe in what I believe in, that is okay with me. If you want to hear what I believe in, let's talk. I love hearing what others believe in. You won't change my mind and I am not trying to change yours, I just want to compare our thoughts. It's called a discussion, one that doesn't end in a heated argument because I will not argue with you. If you get mad at me for something I say and decide to argue, I may possibly just walk away.

So, why can't others use this method?

The truth is, we are all human. We have flaws no matter what you believe in. One day we will see who is right. Until there we just have to try to get along. We have to show some decency towards each other. But I am not so ignorant that I believe we will all get along one day.

Which is why I think the whole "2012" end of the world conspiracy isn't so outrageous. No, I don't think it is true. I don't think the world is going to end in December, at least I hope not. I have so much more to experience in life (first kiss, falling in love, marriage, kids, retirement) I would love the opportunity to experience it all.

What I am saying is, if the world did end this year, it's not so surprising. Not with all the hate in the world. Maybe we should be wiped out. Maybe the world should start fresh, whether by God or mother nature herself.

I can only see the world getting worse. Though, I have seen a rise in people attending church. There was a story on the news the other day that more young people are going to church to find someone to date, instead of going to the bars. When my mom told me that my hopes of finding a worthy mate renewed. Though, not everyone that attends church is a good person. Some only go to put on a front, but that is a story for another blog.

We are destroying ourselves. We fight, we hate, we hurt. And we don't take care of our planet. It would only make sense that mother nature lash out at us and take us down.

Much Love,
Heather

A Change is Coming

It's amazing how one day you can wake up and realize there is so much in your life that you need to change. I wish it happened like it does in the movies, where a montages starts with awesome music. Then before you know it everything is changed and you move on with your new life.

It has been a few weeks since I woke up and realized things need to change. This morning though, I woke up and realized there are a few things that I am hanging on to that I really need to let go. Things that are holding be back from my dreams. I won't say what these things are because somethings really are meant to be kept to yourself.

I will say, there has been a wish in my heart that has been there for a while. I wish so strong that some days it is all I think about. Today when I woke up something clicked. I realized that this wish was holding me back. I have been debating about it all day. Church this morning didn't help much either. Apostle was telling us to never stop praying. He said that the one prayer you decide not to pray could be the one that God was going to bless you.

My heart has been on hold for so long. Waiting for this wish to come true. Praying that it was in God's plans for me. And as I type this, my once clear mind is no longer clear. What if it is in God's plans for me, I just have to be patient for it.

Yikes.

That is only one part of things I need to change though. I think with much prayer and thought I can figure it out.

I am going to end this blog before I make myself any more confused. Sometimes a wish is just a wish, something you don't really need. It could be dangerous to pray for a wish. You may get what you didn't want.

I must go now, to think.

Much Love,
Heather

Working at Home

I have been working all day! I know what you are thinking, "But Heather, you don't work on the weekends!" But my friends, I do. I have revised 4 chapters of my book. I may try and get in one more before bed.

It seems that for a writer, the work is never done. Let me tell you though, it has been a while since I have sat down this long with my book and it feels nice. I have been lost in a world that I created and I still get shocked by some of the things I wrote. How weird is that?

I have not gotten out of my pajamas either. I have been in front of my computer since 2 this afternoon. I took a break for dinner and a few snacks in between. I could have done more chapters I'm sure, but I am proud of the work I have done today. I am also proud of how my writing has improved of the years!

The first few chapters of the book I rewrote a lot of stuff. I just didn't like how things were worded and how elementary they sounded. As I get further along there is less for me to rewrite and fewer errors. It's pleasing to see.

I am almost out of time though! I have until Tuesday to get things done if I want to stick to my deadline. There is so much to do after I finish revising the book. The closer I get the more excited and nervous I get. I just pray that my friends will read my book and pass along my name so that others can read it as well. I have put so many years into this one book, I don't want it to be a flop.

So, because I have been working all day on my book I didn't really have time to write out a nice blog for you. That is why you get this. Hopefully soon I will have the proper time to work on a post I have been wanting to do. It's funny, but so does not belong as a Wacky Wednesday. You will love it!

Much Love,
Heather

Crazy Good Mood

The past few days have been crazy! I have been in such an awesome mood. There isn't even a real reason for it. I woke up yesterday with a song stuck in my head that really got me going. I danced around, even though I didn't have time and I was the only one that heard the music. I was just in a good mood. This morning, same thing! A different song stuck in my head but it made me dance around. I even got up late this morning, which usually ruins my day.

One thing I have noticed is the weather. Yesterday was such a beautiful day. The ride home was better than a summer day by the pool. I went to my old job and saw some of my favorite people there. Then went home where I screwed up all my healthy eating I had done, but it was okay, I was in a good mood.

This morning I woke up with a smile...after I freaked out about how late I was. I still made it to work on time! The morning was beautiful. I even spotted a new long hair hottie at work!

I think, I am finding my faith again. Maybe that is the cause of this mood swing. I am laying a foundation for the rest of my life. I can see it forming. My life has been a bit of a mess. I didn't know what I wanted, I only had ideas. I have figured it out for sure this time. My dreams are clear and I can even see them happening. Just yesterday I got excited thinking about all the books I want to write.

Since I have decided to self-publish my dreams are easier to see. I won't have a company telling me what kind of books I can write. What writer wants to be forced to write the same genre all their lives? I want to get into as many genres as I can think of stories to write!

My dream, the one that has been with me the longest now, is to become a published author. That will happen on March 21st. Another part of my dream is to become a well known author. I want to purchase a cabin in the mountains as well as another house near home. The cabin is more of a get away for writing. I won't have cable or internet. Though, I am debating about the internet...how would I blog? Obviously the details can be worked out once the big things are in motion. For once, my dreams don't seem so distant. I know I can make it.

Maybe my good mood is just because of the beautiful weather. Or is the weather beautiful because of my good mood? ;)

Heather

No Drinking

I caught about 5 seconds of the news the other day, I honestly hate the news so that was all I could stand. They were talking about how many kids have at least one alcoholic parent. I don't remember the statistics but it was way more than it should be. I know of a few kids that have alcoholic parents and it is really sad. And let us not forget the parents that are addicted to drugs of any sort.

I was very fortunate to have great parents. They had fun when they were younger and they will admit to experimenting with drugs and getting drunk before they were old enough to drink. When I came into the picture, my parents cleaned up their act. They still drank every once in a while, but they were responsible about it. Then, they stopped all together. I can not remember ever having alcohol in the house except when my mom would get a wine cooler once in a blue moon.

Just last year I tried my first alcoholic beverage. I was 25 and had never touched the stuff before. I tried it out of curiosity and guess what, I don't like it. I tried a few things and I just can not stand the taste of alcohol. People have told me that the taste grows on you. To me, that makes no sense what so ever. If you don't like it, why continue to drink it? I thought about trying more drinks to see if there is anything that I like, but really, what is the point? I don't need the alcohol. It's bad for you and it usually does nothing but cause problems. And I can dance on tables perfectly fine without being drunk.

After catching the news the other day I decided that I would never touch another alcoholic beverage. I don't need it. I also decided something that I feel will make things harder for me in the sense of finding a boyfriend. I have decided that I will not date, entertain, or marry a guy that drinks. If I can live with out it (and it's not hard) then my "soul mate", "true love" or what ever, can live without it too. I don't even care if they USED to drink. If he gave it up, I would be cool with it.

I live on a natural high. I get drunk off the energy around me. I am just a fun bubbly person and it doesn't take much or long for me to get loud and a little wild. I don't need to be drunk to get out on the dance floor. I don't need to be drunk or have a buzz to shoot pool (my best friend says she shoots better with a buzz. lol). I don't need to drink to have fun. Fun is my personality! Why would I ruin that with drinking? Also, I like to remember what I did in the morning, because what is fun about forgetting what was so fun?

I know this will make my search for my "perfect for me" guy, but I am willing to search for the right one. I don't want my kids to grow up in a home where alcohol is available and I surely don't want them to join the statistics of kids with alcoholic parents.  We all have our standards and I am putting my foot down on this one. I will keep my natural high and my buzz from excitement. It's healthier.

Much Love,
Heather

P.S. Before you bash me here me out. I am not dissing or hatting on people that do drink. If you like it, you like it. I will not judge you for drinking. Just don't come around me drunk because that is a quick way to lose my respect for you.

Wacky Wednesday: The White Beast

It's funny, there has been a lot of fog lately. I could blame it on the fact that I have never left so early for work at other jobs. I could blame it on the weird weather, though that really could work. The truth of the matter though, The White Beast! Stop looking at me like I'm crazy, he is real and one of a kind (in this world). The White Beast is from another world, he was exiled from his home for protecting his family. I call him Ludo. Yep, I ripped it off from Labyrinth, if you know what that movie is. The White Beast reminds me of Ludo from Labyrinth. He is huge, kind and loyal to his friends.

He is much bigger than Ludo from Labyrinth though. He is about 10 foot tall and possibly 6 foot wide at his shoulders. He walks on all four legs, and he has shaggy white fur. His eyes change colors, though they are not like a humans eyes. They are one solid color, like you would find on a movie demon. Usually they are a beautiful sky blue, mesmerizing! When he is angry they become a dark blood red, not bright, they remind me of rubies, only a little darker. I can tell when he is thinking about his family because his eyes become a dull, lifeless, dark blue. It's the only time his eyes do not look like gems sparkling in the sunlight.

Anyways, I saw Ludo this morning. He is living in a barn that I pass on my way to work, I just found this out this morning. I have not seen Ludo in a few years. The last time I saw him I was in some serious trouble and he saved me. Looks as though that is why he is here again. He is so mad at Feo! He actually blames Feo for me being in trouble, which is kind of true. Ludo is also angry with Feo because it was Feo's father that killed his family. The reason Ludo was exiled is because the king took over Ludo's world and Ludo would not bow to the king. He fought it all the way through. The king told him that for his inability to obey his family would be killed. When Ludo tried to save them the king killed them anyways and sent Ludo away to mourn, alone. It is a terrible life for creatures like Ludo. They are used to being in packs and there is no way for Ludo to get revenge...or wasn't.

Now that Feo is working against his father and they have me, revenge will be coming to sweet Ludo. Don't ask me how I got drug into all this...I have no answer for that. All I know is that these creatures always find me and I somehow help them. Must be my purpose in life.

Ludo admitted to me that he was not the cause of the fog before this morning. He used it this morning to get my attention, but the other times were caused by Feo's father. Evidently the king has more creatures like Ludo, just not as big, lurking and watching me. They know I am helping Feo and they know I am a threat to them. Luckily, Ludo figured things out and came running to my rescue. He is going to talk to the other white beast and see if they have been brain washed by the king or not. Fingers crossed that Ludo will be able to get them to help us and trick the king.

Good news in all this? Feo is no longer living in my closet, he is living under ground right outside my bedroom. All thanks to Ludo, who is also living underground. I like having Ludo near. He may even follow me to work in the morning.

Which reminds me...there was something in the pond out in front of the plant this morning. It looked a little strange, looked human but not. Kind of put me in the mind of a swamp monster, but everyone knows those don't exist...right?

Much Love,
Heather

Wacky Wednesday: Feo's Troubles

So, I told you all last week about Feo. I did like I said, I am hiding him in my closet. I didn't realize how much trouble this would cause. Since last Wednesday, a good nights sleep has been hard to come by. I toss and turn and can't stay asleep. On the nights when I think I might actually get some good sleep, Feo decides to pop the closet door open. The popping always wakes me up with a jolt. I know that he is there, I also know the issues that comes with keeping the creature in my closet.

Now, most earth creatures know not to mess with me. The demons run when they see me coming and most other creatures enjoy being around me and mean no harm to me, which is probably smart of them. It's not the earth creatures that worry me. It's the creatures from Feo's world. I can't tell you much about them, because I don't know much about them. Feo holds his tongue for the most part on their weaknesses and strengths. He still has trust issues when it comes to that I guess. I keep telling him that without that info I can't really help him much. While his father is out to lock him away or even kill him, Feo continues to protect the King. It's hard to break years of loyal discipline.

Not only am I dealing with other worldly creatures, I am also dealing with the demons and dark spirits lurking around the house. They are curious as to what Feo is. They are even more curious as to why I let him in my house so easily. Which is another reason why I can't sleep. There are a few creatures out there that know my true weaknesses. If I fall into a deep sleep with these things lurking they could easily cause me harm, if the right ones are lurking.

Feo has gotten into the habit of following me to work too. He is afraid something will get him while I am here. Only, he likes to ramble around the plant. He likes to upset the werewolves the most. I here them howling more and I know it is Feo picking on them. Though, they have been howling more with out Feo here too. Which makes me wonder if maybe another "Feo" is lurking.

All I know is I want some sleep! Feo is also the cause of my sickness. He ticked off a pixie. When a pixie gets ticked off they spray this stupid dust all over the place and it causes different symptoms to different people. We found out that Feo is immune. Lucky him. Me, I get a sore throat, almost lose my voice and now I can't stop coughing and sneezing. It's wearing off finally but dang it, not cool. I have to hurry and help Feo out of this mess so I can get rid of all these problems that are suddenly around. Before long the dust bunnies are going to be after him and those are creatures you DO NOT want to mess with. You know why kids are afraid of something being under the bed? Because of the dust bunnies! They grab your feet if you are not quick. That means tripping and breaking arms and legs.

All I have to do is find the portal between this world and Feo's world. Destory the King. Convince everyone that Feo will make a great King and then close the portal, seal it forever. Not that big of a deal right? (Extreme sarcasm.)

I will keep you updated.

Much Love
Heather

Anti valentines day

Anyone that knows me saw this coming. If you don't know me...thanks for reading and I hope this doesn't run you off for good.

I hate valentine's day. I hate the reds and pinks and whites. I hate the heart shaped balloons and the stupid singing cards. I hate all the flowers and the love sick grins that people wear all day. I think it's cheesy for people to propose or get married on valentines day. And most of all, I hate how I get left out every year!

Oh, bite me. I know it's my own fault cause I won't date just anyone. I am picky...though I am sure many single girls say that. I spend my valentine's day pining after a guy I can't have. I spend it secretly watching sappy love stories (it's the only romance I see in my life) and dreaming about the day when I actually look forward to the sappy love day.

Truth is, I don't actually hate the day as much as I make it out to be. I think that it can be a waste of money and if you love someone you should tell them all year round, not just one day a year. You can also give your loved one gifts throughout the year for no reason other than you love them. Do we really need a day to remind us that we should tell someone we love them?

In school we are forced to hand out valentine cards to all our classmates. I'm sure parents hate having to buy those stupid cards. And sometimes kids get left out because kids are mean. I had people that "forgot" my card a few times. I was the weird girl that no one wanted to give a card to. How sad is that?

So, we spend money on cards that will be thrown away, balloons that will deflate and flowers that will wilt. Oh, and chocolate that will make us fat.

But....yes, there is a but.

Some things that people do on valentines day is actually cute and nice. I think it's cute when a guy finally gets the nerve to ask out his crush on valentines day. The stuffed animals are cute when they are not something the guy just picked up cause it had a heart on it. It's nice when people actually think about the person and not just pick a card and go with it. Thoughtful gifts are the best.

With that said, I am still the bitter ol' single girl that hates anything romantic and lovey dovey...unless I am in my room in the dark where no one can see my walls crack.

Much Love
Heather

P.S. After going to an awesome wedding tonight I think my opinions may have changed just a bit. Valentines day is kind of awesome. But it sucks being single.

Entertain Me

Something has been bothering me a ton lately. I enjoy laughing, I enjoy attention and I love having conversations with people. It seems to me that people have forgotten how to be the other end of a conversation.

I have people that will text me, so I'm thinking they want to chat since they text me right? Oh how wrong I am. It usually ends with me responding with "How are you?" Now, when I ask you how are you I am not just trying to sound nice. I actually want to know how you are. Give me details! I am nosy and I like details. You can't bore me. Don't just respond with "okay." Okay? UGH! Then they respond with "How are you?" So I go into detail. "I'm bored and tired." "I didn't get a lot of sleep last night." I give detail.

Then, the next response I receive is "That's good." Really? That's all you got for me? I am so sick of short answers that can't really go any where. I have other things I can be doing other than TRYING to carry on a conversation with someone who text me first.

Another thing that annoys me is when someone is trying to outdo me or trying to throw me some pity story. First, I am not trying to compete with me. I am not trying to see whose life is "worse." Second, I have been through a lot of crap and I pulled through just fine. I don't care what you have lost, how sick you have been, what kind of crap you went though in your childhood. It should not be an excuse for you to be a whiny brat looking for attention. Guess what, I get attention in a totally different way. I make people laugh! I act like a moron sometimes and other times I actually have intelligent conversations. I don't need my "Oh woe is me" past to get that attention. I learned to deal and move on, you should to.

Next, people that take over a conversation completely! I have a friend that I talk to often. I love her to death but I hate just listening. It's funny cause I will start talking and she will actually start talking OVER me. Sometimes I feel like she thinks that anything I have to say is just high school nonsense and means nothing, while everything she says is of the utmost importance.

There are very few people that I can actually talk to and not get bored or annoyed. VERY FEW. And only a few that I could possibly text all day. If those people read this blog they so know who they are.

That is my rant. It is poorly put together and kind of all over the place but...that's how my brain works. Deal with it.

Much Love
Heather

Wacky Wednesday: Meet Feo

First, sorry for not blogging yesterday. I forgot because I was working on my book and then did my work out and then Glee came on. I usually write a blog around 8 when my shows start. But I was totally lost in Glee last night. Forgive me?

Today was a little weird. My co-worker is taking a class or something for the next, like, four weeks. This means I get the fishbowl all to myself. I usually see my co-worker first thing in the morning for about 10 to 15 minutes. This morning he wasn't in the fishbowl and hes laptop is gone. We are not allowed to take any company owned stuff home, so I knew he didn't take home yesterday. No co-worker in sight, but there was an extra chair sitting in our fishbowl. I thought it was odd...but I didn't think much else of it.

I was super tired today. I could hardly keep my eyes open. Those dang fairies were playing all night last night and sleep didn't come easy. At about 8:30 (I start work at 7) I got up to walk to the restroom, hoping to wake myself up a bit. It didn't help much, but I did notice that it was rather quiet today. The machines are going as usual and as loud as usual. What wasn't usual was the silence of the creatures that are forced to work here. If you check out my blog from last Wednesday you will know what I'm talking about. Then I felt the silence...the silence that was in their minds. Even the fairies I keep in my pocket started shouting up warnings to me.

I started walking up the steps to get back to my desk. The steps have two levels. You have a few steps, a kind of landing pad and then the rest of the steps. I made it up the first set with no problems. The second set gave me problems. Evidently a few goblins had made it into the building today.

As you know, goblins come in all shapes and forms. These were the ones that look like wingless fairies. Cute but deadly. They noticed me, heard my fairies and decided to "help" me up the steps by pulling on my shoe. Of course I fell. Luckily the fairies made it out of my pockets before my massive weight crushed them. My shin and hand didn't make it out as nicely. Not only did the goblins trip me, but they threw my shoe back down the stairs! I was furious. And without thinking, I threw a curse at them...let's just say, I will have a few angry goblins waiting for me at home today, waiting for their broken loved ones. I am keeping them in my desk draw and one of the fairies has taken guard over them.

I got back to my desk with fairies in one pocket and the goblins in the other. That's when I noticed the extra chair again. Something about that extra chair. Then it blew in my face. The creature that was quietly camouflaged sitting the in the extra chair, right behind me. I don't know how I missed him earlier this morning, maybe because I was so tired. The poor goblins were only trying to help me wake up so I could sense the thing. It is also the reason all the other creatures where quiet today, they sense it too.

You are probably dying to know what it was, right? It is one of my greatest enemies. It is more than any creature you find in this world or even the next. A creature from a demesion all their own. A parallel universe that no one or no thing dare go. They are worse than demons, stronger. They are prettier than any angel. They slowly seep into our world trying to take over like they have taken other demensions. It would not be good for us if they did take over. We would become like cattle, breed for food and slaves. You think the world is bad now, these creatures will make it so much worse. To the point where we would rather kill ourselves than be stuck here. Only...they will take over heaven and hell too. There would be no escape from them.

This one in particular, the one that has been watching me all day, has a name he has given me. He goes by Feo. It's short for something crazy, I'm sure. Feo is different from the others. He is a prince. The king of these creatures, the one who orders them to leak into our world, is Feo's father. Feo thinks its wrong what his father has done and since I was the first to find him I have been drafted to help him save this world, his world and all the other worlds his father has destroyed. How great is that? (Imagine I said that in a sarcastic tone, because I did.) Yes, the creatures are all afraid of him, they don't trust him. I have always see good in everyone and I trust way to easily.

Feo has come to tell me of his fathers new antics. And to hide in my closet for a few weeks. Silly thing has got some angry creatures after him.

Yall are so lucky to have me protecting the world.

Stupid Cops! (part 2)

If you have been following my blog then you remember this blog: Stupid cops! and if you don't then...go read that and come back. Don't worry, I will wait.

....waiting.....waiting...

Done!

I had someone that thought they could get the ticket taken care of. Then I wouldn't have to pay and I wouldn't have more points taken off my license ( I just got two taken off in December for another speeding ticket.) But the cop was a douche! He told them for me to come in on my court date, which was today at 4pm, and talk to him and he would see what he could do for me.

I got off work early today. Did the speed limit all the way to the court house, tracked down the cop and talked to him. Well guess what...HE COULDN'T HELP ME! He says he could write me a ticket for careless or reckless driving...or something like that. If I had a clear driving record I would have to pay 25 bucks MORE but it wouldn't take my points away. BUT...haha! There is always a but in things like this! With my ticket back in December he wasn't sure they would drop the 2 points. So if I went that route there was a chance that I would end up paying the extra 25 dollars AND getting 2 more points off my license.

Dear Mr. Cop...YOU SUCK MONKEY BALLS!

Sure, I shouldn't have been speeding. But he caught me as being at the end of the line of cars going over the speed limit! He was just looking for someone to meet his monthly quota. Blarg on you! I got off work early for nothing!

THEN. Yeah, there is a then! When I went to pay the ticket I had to use my debit card, because who carries cash now days? And they charged me another 3 bucks to run the card! It's funny because when the cop gave me my ticket in January he said that they were not trying to take my money, they just wanted me to slow down. Again, Dear Mr. Cop, you have proven yourself a liar!

Now I have to wait and see if my insurance goes up. And if it does my mom is going to make me pay the difference because she can't afford it. There goes any extra spending money I may have come across on a lucky day.

I blame my lead foot! It's not my fault that the government kidnapped me in my sleep one night, filled my foot with lead and returned me to my bed before I woke up and anyone noticed I was gone. Shame on you government.

It is the American way...no the human way, to never take blame for your own actions. It is ALWAYS someone else's fault.

Much Love (Unless you are a cop)

Just Dance

We are in a new week. No matter what happened last week, we get a fresh start this week. We get a chance to make healthy choices, make smart choices, have more fun, worry less and make the best of the new week.

So I say, go out and dance! What better way to feel better. Dance in your room, dance in the front yard, dance at church (you can at my church) go to a club and dance the night away. Or...just do something that is fun.

I think we all take life to seriously sometimes. We forget that it is not "all work and no play" because "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." (I love Stephen King.) I say it is time to wipe away our serious face and have a little fun. Laugh at the stupid things, giggle at the things people say that strikes our dirty minds and just live it up. I for one am tired of fearing that I will say the wrong thing. I am tired of sitting at work fearing that I will get fired because I didn't live up to their standards.

This week I am going to put my worries behind me and just have a little fun. I know that in the end I will be where I need to be no matter what I have done. I am a firm believer that the job I have now is only a place holder for the awesome job I will walk into in the near future. I just need to learn a little discipline.

Let's have fun this week and just dance through life.

Lazy Day

I had a wonderfully lazy day today. In fact, I am STILL in my pajamas and it's almost time for bed again. I don't get a lot of days like this. Weekends are meant for resting and I don't do that often. I am usually on the go all weekend.

Today I was going to go to a financial thing this morning but decided not to go. I was going to sleep late...I got up at 8:30. Not as late as my usual weekend mornings, but three and a half hours later than through the week. So technically I did sleep late. Then, I laid in bed all day, doing nothing at all! I watched t.v. and caught up on all my favorite shows. But that was it.

I had plans on working on my book but you know, we all need a lazy day every once in a while. I have been so wore out this week from being sick and then having to put up with the cologne issue at work. Tomorrow is church and grocery shopping but I am hoping to be home in time to do a little work on the book. It WILL be ready for March 21st release.

This blog really has no point. Just rambling.

What to Say

For the first time in a while I have no idea what to write about. Other than the boring babble about my week. So buckle up and possibly grab a cup of tea cause I have some stuff to say.

1. I hate trying to watch tv, which I really don't do often, and my dad starts talking really loud! It's annoying during commercials and even more so when the show is actually on! He will start telling a story during a commercial and his stories are really long! They go beyond the commercials most of the time. And, my dad is so freakin noisy! Just his presence is loud. Maybe I am just tired because this week has been a bit of a strain but still...too much noise while I am trying to watch shows! That is why when I watch True Blood I watch it in my room alone.

2. I am so sick of everyone being so uptight and afraid at work because the "big man" may be watching/listening. I'm sorry but I am so not going to censor everything I say just because I might lose my job. I make simple statements that will not actually offend anyone. The other day I said something about my eyes burning because of the strong cologne in the office (more about that on #3) and my co-worker got all bent out of shape saying I need to watch what I say and that I have no idea how far over my head these guys were. Blah!

3. People bathing in their cologne or perfume. OMG! I am highly sensitive to cologne and perfume. Most of it gives me a full blown migraine. All week I have been putting up with all these "visitors" at work who decided to drown themselves in cologne. My eyes have been on fire and they feel like they are going to pop out of my head. And my head has been hurting so bad I can't focus on my work. Forgive me for being sensitive to the stuff! I can't exactly help it. I honestly think it should be against company policy to wear cologne to work. Too many people have problems with it.

4. So tired! I have PCOS which is a female issue. Evidently it is where my body has more male hormones than it should. It can cause facial hair growth (which thankfully I don't have), acne, and once I decide to have children it could cause me to have trouble having kids. Another issue that it brings is that it causes me to be tired all the time. The good news is there is medication for it. Funny, the medication is for low insulin, so it can be used for diabetes too. I haven't taken the medication but for three weeks now, the doctor tells me it may be a month before I start seeing results. I am so tired of being tired all the time!

5. Sinus infection. I am finally getting over it! Woot! It was horrible.

6. Money, money, money. Today was pay day. I had 30 bucks that I could use on myself. I have to save 10 for a concert next Friday, if I even go now. I bought a new fingernail polish tonight and I have my best friend's son's birthday coming up so I have to get him a gift. There goes all my money. Where is the rest of it? Bills. Actually, student loans. I figured it up and I am paying over 800 bucks a month on student loans. I make about 2,000 dollars a month. Then I have a few personal loans and a credit card. It was so awesome when I first started my job. I thought I had a ton of money. Then reality set in and I realized I had to pay back my student loans. Now, I am very grateful to have the money to pay my student loans, it feels good to pay them. And if things work out I will be debit free in 5 years. I am doing good so far. I don't over spend and I stick to my budget, but it so sucks. I just wan to get my own place, a new car, and go out and have fun. Ugh.

That's it for now. I'm sure I could go on but I would rather not bore you. Hopefully tomorrow I can get more work done on my book. I may even write a poem to share in tomorrows blog. I have a few in the works.

The Truth Behind the Diet

Everyone has their own reason for trying to lose weight. Some want to be healthy, some want to fit into their skinny jeans, others just want to be happy with what they see in the mirror. And some lose weight because family, friends, spouses or boyfriends/girlfriends tell them they need to. You are always told to lose weight for yourself and no one else. Most of us are doing it for ourselves.

I am trying to lose weight for none of these reasons. Okay, well, I want to look cute in certain clothes and I want to be healthy. My main reason for losing weight though...is something that is going to get me in trouble with any friends that read this blog.

The reason I want to lose weight so bad is because I feel like I take up too much space. If I lose weight I will be smaller...meaning I take up less space. I can't explain it, maybe it comes from my years of being picked on and falling into a depression. Maybe I am not completely out of the dark waters of depression. But I feel like I have always taken up too much space. I feel like I am always in everyone's way.

It goes as far as calling and texting people or even just talking to them. You can ask a few friends of mine, I never call them, they have to call me. And only a few have convinced me that it's okay to text them whenever. I don't know why I feel like this, I just do. If I could become invisible and people could walk right through me, I would be happy.

I almost feel like I don't deserve to breath or take up space and that I waste everyone's time. I feel like everything that is me is a waste. Space, air, and time wasted on me could be used to do something else. Something useful and productive.

Now, I think I am an awesome person. I just don't like to get in the way of other people. This is also the reason I don't like touching or hugging people. I don't like standing to close to people.

I keep thinking that if I lose weight it won't be as bad. Though, I fear that once I get to a healthy weight I will try to lose more so that I can be smaller. I can see this becoming a very unhealthy habit. Which may also be the reason that a sabotage my own weight loss. I fear becoming obsessed with being smaller and I fear taking up to much space. HA! It's the never ending story.

So there is my secret. My truth behind my diet. It's crazy. It makes me sound like I am super unhappy with myself. It makes me sound like I have have low self esteem. Well...I kind of do when it comes to the way I look. My personality though, will blow you out of the water!

So, my goal is to lose weight in a healthy way. I just have to keep reminding myself that I deserve to be here as much as everyone else. Yep...but it won't be easy. I will always have the fear that I don't belong, that I just take up space, that I am a waste of life. I add value to everyone's life that knows me. Just because I am fun!

Wacky Wednesday

Wacky Wednesday is back! Enjoy.

There are so many noises going on in the building where I work. I am starting to wonder if maybe the whole car making deal is just a front.

I have heard a howl of a werewolf, the beating of a giant trying to escape, and the tinkling of fairies.

What other mythical creatures could be hiding in this plant? Maybe the creatures where captured and now are forced to make cars and when the cars are sold the profits go to hunting down and caging up more creatures! Have they told them they could go free if they made cars for them? Do the creatures are working for their freedom, but most die here from horrible working conditions?

The giants cry. Have you ever seen a giant cry? It's not pretty and it's terribly heart breaking. No matter what you read or hear about giants, they are the kindest creatures you could meet. Just don't make them mad. I am sure the humans that have captured these creatures know the secret of trapping and keeping a giant. I will not share that info with you. I don't want any more people to know about it.

I wonder if they use unicorns for pulling and carrying the heavier items. They are stronger than horses and cheap...when you steal them. Everything is cheaper when you steal it.

It's just sad to think that I am working for a company that cages up these beautiful creatures. They can't live long out of their natural habitat. Giants need the trees to soothe their sore backs. They are tall and the trees produce the sap to help ease the pain of such long limbs. Fairies need to be in those trees to make sure the sap is being created. Fairies also need to be protected by the armor of the tree when the gnomes come hunting.

And unicorns...well, they need the magic of the forest to keep their strength. Did you know that a unicorn can live forever in it's own world. The forest cares for the unicorns. In return the unicorns use the magic in their horns to heal the other creatures.

It is a shame that the place I work would trap them. I am sure they are using the werewolves to keep everyone in line. One bite from a werewolf can kill any mythical creature...except a vampire, no matter what the movies say. A clan of vampires can save them all. So, if any vampires are reading this right now, you know how to contact me. Please come help.
